One of the most sought after and collectible Les Pauls ever made, the 3 pickup Les Paul Custom was first released in 1957. The Black Beauty as it came to be known has been a mainstay of electric guitarists for decades and the 1959 model is the finest ever made.

Normally in the heavier 11 to 12 pound weight class, this particular Les Paul Black Beauty weighs in at a featherweight 9 pounds. Easily the most lightweight ‘59 Les Paul Custom we’ve ever seen.

Also known as the “Fretless Wonder” with its low frets, this excellent 9/10 ‘59 version has those low and smooth frets that play as smooth as butter on that gorgeous ebony fretboard. This black Les Paul is just a true black beauty.
